New to MS: Diagnóstico reciente/New to MS: Navigating Your Journey

MSAA partnering with Talkspace

The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) has partnered with Talkspace, an online therapy platform, to offer free self-guided mental health support to individuals living with MS. Through this program, participants can access three months of online therapy at no cost, including unlimited messaging with a licensed therapist of their choice on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Quick and Easy Enrollment: Patients can select a therapist in just 5 minutes.
Flexible and Convenient: Therapy is accessible anytime, anywhere via text messaging.
Year-Round Availability: No open enrollment period – patients can register at any time.

This is a pilot program with 80 spots remaining—available on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the unique challenges faced by the MS community, we believe this resource could make a profound difference.
